Sean has been advising boards for over thirty years as a corporate lawyer specialising in corporate governance, risk and compliance and corporate advisory.
Sean developed the Masters in Dispute and Conflict Resolution for the JCU Law School and has run a number of ventures providing expertise in finance, innovative regulatory compliance and risk management.
Sean's extensive experience includes Partner at law firm Gadens, multiple Director roles in innovative firms and also at universities. Sean was head of Risk Advisory for a regulator and held multiple company secretarial roles. He has held roles of chairperson, chair of audit, finance and risk committees and provide Company Secretary services to members organisations.
His expertise includes advising boards on strategy and governance; board and governance reviews; investigations and due diligence reports; regulatory compliance, academic governance, risk-based quality assurance in complex NFP organisation and risk management frameworks.

Michael is an experienced commercial lawyer, liquidator, and bankruptcy trustee. With over 20 years of experience, his focus has shifted from insolvency to restructuring and informal workouts post-COVID.
He actively volunteers in the not-for-profit sector, supporting small businesses.
